After spending seven years in ministry, I stepped away to focus on my growing family. But in 2019, I felt the pull to work with and serve people again. A great experience with my own agent led me to real estate, where I saw an opportunity to combine my background in service with my passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.

In 2024, I took the next step in my career by acquiring my Broker’s license and opening Chapter & Vine, a boutique brokerage built on education, market expertise, and an unwavering commitment to my clients. When you work with me, you’ll never feel in the dark—I make sure my clients are fully informed, supported, and confident at every step.
I work alongside a network of top-tier professionals, including my trusted transaction coordinator, Karina Fish, as well as the Upstate’s best lenders, home inspectors, and stagers. My brokerage is rooted in Greenville, a city I've called home for most of my life and a city I love sharing with my clients. When I’m not working, you can find me with a book in one hand and a cup of tea in the other, exploring my favorite Greenville spots like M. I love hiking, camping, history, a great conversation, and I’ll never say no to a dance floor (even if my skills are questionable!). Most of all, I cherish time with my husband, my four incredible kids, and our two dogs.

While many are drawn to the sales and client-facing side of real estate, Karina’s passion lies in organization, efficiency, and bringing order to the process. She’s more than just a coordinator—she’s a partner in every transaction, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Her goal is to provide peace of mind for both Steph and her clients, making the experience as stress-free as possible.
